Peggy came from the pound, she was very underweight and had an injury to her tail. Peggy has put weight on and her tail has healed.
Current:
Peggy is currently in Kennels just outside of Edinburgh, Peggy was recently on a home trial but there was an emergency in the home so Peggy came back to us, through no fault of her own.
Temperament:
Peggy is your typical 1 year old staffie, she is full of fun and loves meeting people. Peggy is super friendly and with being young she is boisterous and zooms about, she knows her basic commands but at her age she will need training/boundaries/consistency and would benefit from puppy classes. Peggy needs a home that are used to young dogs.
Peggy has tested really well with other dogs, she is just desperate to play and will puppy bow. Peggy could potentially live with other dog pending introductions.
Peggy is such a sweet girl, she has a great temperament and is very loving. Peggy hasn't been left alone much, so will need somebody at home majority of the time and build up leaving her, a garden would be a plus as she loves being outside and sunbathing.
Peggy loves playing with toys and enjoys a game of tug with rope toys and chasing balls, she also loves a frozen kong and natural chews.
Health:
Peggy is in good health, she has been vaccinated and microchipped. Peggy will need to be spayed as she just recently had a season, (which SSR will pay for).
Walking:
Peggy loves her walks and walks really well on the lead for being so young, she loves being outside and also enjoys being on a lead and exploring.
Travelling:
Peggy is really good in the car.
Ideal Home:
Secure garden would be a plus. Committed to a young dog and training required. Somebody at home.
