What can you do to help?

Donations are always needed for vaccinations and vet treatment etc.

We are totally self-funded and receive no other financial help. Every penny raised or donated goes straight to helping dogs.
How your donations help
  • All Vet treatment

  • Neutering/spaying – All un-neutered/un-spayed dogs are spayed before they are re-homed.

  • Vaccinations – Dogs that come into our care are vaccinated immediately.

  • Microchipping - Every dog is Microchipped.

  • Training / Behaviour sessions if needed,  with a fully qualified specialist in that field.

  • Emergency Boarding kennel Fees -  A place of safety that the dogs can be taken to until they are assessed and placed in a foster home. We do not have our own kennels so we rent kennel space for every dog that needs it. This can be for a few days or sometimes a few months.

  • Food, toys, beds etc - fosterers are offered food, toys, bed, etc when they foster one of our dogs. This is something we will supply for every dog.
Our costs
  • Neuter - Depending on the vet practice we pay between £90 to £150

  • Spay -  Depending on the vet we pay between £130 to £200

  • Microchip - £15 - £20

  • Vaccinations - £25 - £40

  • Kennel costs per day - £9.00 -£15.00

  • Food for dogs in foster £10 - £16 for a 15kg bag

  • Leads, collars, training aids, toys - £3 - £30

  • The amount spent per dog can range from from £80 - £500+ (if vet treatment needed)
